This cask matured Two Drifters rum. Before that, it held Madeira. Before that, it was cut and coopered from French oak. We only use a cask once, extracting flavour from a cask that's already given up its character takes far longer than a fresh one, so once we're done with it, it's done for us but it's got plenty left to give. Ideal for whisky, beer, hot sauce, cider or gin finishing, or for anyone ageing at home. Approx 225 L.
