Two Drifters Old Cuban
A daiquiri, shaken with mint, topped with bubbles…what’s not to love?! Our Signature Rum adds depth and richness to this modern classic
Ingredients
- 30 mL Signature Rum
- 10 mL Lime Juice
- 10 mL Simple syrup
- 2 x dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 x mint leaves
- Bubbles, to top
Shake the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and mint, double strain into a coupe and top with bubbles of your choice. Garnish with a mint leaf.
