What gives our spiced rum its stunning, warm color? The secret lies in one of nature’s most indulgent gifts: cacao husks. We source these husks from independent, fair-trade chocolatiers across the UK, ensuring that each bottle supports sustainable practices and ethical production.

These cacao husks, a byproduct of the chocolate-making process, not only enhance the color but add subtle depth to the flavor. By using what would otherwise be waste, we’re crafting a delicious rum while reducing environmental impact—a win-win for your taste buds and the planet!

What can I say, loved it!! such a depth of flavours great with Coke ( personal favourite) tried it with mango juice....yep works too.

I first tried this rum after seeing the Hairy Bikers tuck into it on their last TV show. I could see straight away why they enthused about it - powerful, full of flavour, beautifully balanced - and it's eco friendly too! Why wait - treat yourselves today?

Tasty - I made the negroni as shown in the website adding the juice of a whole lime.

Shame about the cork breaking - I was pleased it didn’t end up floating in the bottle and was glad to find another cork to seal the bottle. The stopper needs serious attention.

So sorry about this, we have now fixed our cork issues. We're trying to use corks with no glue in them, as they take so long to biodegrade, but it can make them more brittle. We've worked with our cork supplier and we now have a much sturdier, more robost, glue-free cork. I've sent you a couple in the post, plus a drink on us. I'm so sorry this happened, not what we want your experience with us to be like. I'm so glad the rum was tasty though, as that is the bit we make!
