Ripe pineapple, salted caramel and crème brûlée, at a bold 60%.
This is the loud one. Ripe pineapple flashes first, bright and juicy, then salted caramel and crème brûlée roll in behind it, and the 60% arrives as a warm, building heat rather than a hit. The strength isn't there to catch you out, it's there to carry the flavour, and it does, long after the sip.
The deep colour and a thread of chocolate come from cacao husks, the shells left over when chocolate is made, saved from independent fair trade chocolatiers around the UK. A byproduct that would be thrown away, turned into colour and depth in the glass.
Built for cocktails. At 60% the pineapple cuts clean through ice and mixers, so a Piña Colada or a tall pineapple and soda comes out vivid, not watered down. Sip it neat only if you mean it.
