We blend a triple distilled rum, clean and clear, with a Caribbean style double distilled pot still rum that carries the flavour, so you get brightness and body in the same glass. Vanilla and apple lead, white pepper sparks through the middle, and a twist of lime lifts the finish clean.
It has the lift to carry a Daiquiri without vanishing under the lime, and enough character to sip over ice. Made from scratch in Devon, and carbon negative in the bottle.
