Pure White, 40%. Clean and crisp, vanilla and apple with a spark of white pepper. The one that lifts a Daiquiri.
Lightly Spiced, 40%. Soft and warming, spice that hums rather than shouts, over vanilla, chai and a low note of cacao.
Signature, 40%. Dry and rounded, a single cask release aged in ex Madeira oak. Orange peel, muscovado and a slow finish to sit with.
Overproof Spiced Pineapple, 60%. The loud one. Ripe pineapple, warm spice and a heat that builds. Made for cocktails.
